Who we are. This site is run by EasyGov (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2024/365166/07), 6 Bournemouth Bend, Parklands, Cape Town, 7441 · chetty.sagie@gmail.com · 081 745 1306. These terms are between you and EasyGov (Pty) Ltd. Nothing in them limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
What this site is. This site gives information about EasyGov and its businesses, and lets you join a waiting list. We don't sell anything on it yet. If we launch a paid service, it will have its own terms, shown before you pay.
Not a government body. EasyGov is a private company. It is not CIPC, SARS, Home Affairs or any other government body, and it doesn't act for them. Nothing on this site is an official government service, notice or decision.
Information, not advice. The information here is general and may change. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss caused by relying on information on this site or by the site being unavailable. This doesn't limit liability for gross negligence or anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
